Two very beautifully constructed sentances about GRANDMA'S KITCHEN

The ever lingering scent of cinnamon and roasted coffee beans tingled my senses with the rhythmic ticking of the timer. I shield my eyes from the glares reflected off the gleaming pots and pans.

Okay it is not exactly very 'beautifully constructed' and all. Furthermore it sounds grammatically wrong too. But nevertheless it still sounds a tad bit poetic and inspiring. Ha.
